Kimberly and Daniel at the Charity Gala for the Center for Animal Health & Welfare. It is the only "no kill" shelter in the Lehigh Valley and we were happy to be able to donate a cake for the event.

We are Proud to say that Daniel graduated first in class receiving his Grand Diplome in Classic Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan. Daniel has also completed two internships at Bobby Flay's restaurants; Mesa Grill and Bar Amaricain.
